oldestprevPool gets make-over

23 July 2010  by- CD

Banks being repaired for the benefit of anglers.

Madeley Pool is now the envy of fishing venues all over the country. "Home from home", "I could sleep for hours", "Angler's heaven", were just some of the many compliments heard drifting over a typically tranquil afternoon as anglers arrived in droves to take advantage of the renovated facilities.

New turf for the finishing touch.

No expense has been spared in creating the latest state-of-the-art spaciously appointed fishing spots that will keep even the most discerning of anglers happy for years to come. A whole lorry load of equipment can be accommodated with ease, so there's no need to worry about how many rods, hooks, lines, and sinkers to bring.

There's no need to bring your own carpet either, as the best Axminster turf has been laid to make your poolside experience a comfy one, whether you catch anything... or not.

Anglers enjoying the refurbished facilities.
